I draw from a lot of sources for the "inspiration" behind the workouts that we do at CrossFit Koncepts. Most of them are from comments that are made by my clients while the remainder are from movies (either quotes, characters or movie titles themselves) or even comic book superheroes - yes, I'm a geek and I'm PROUD of it!
