Occasionally someone will complain that it's too hot, too cold, too humid, etc. I have to admit that I find any and all of those points valid if I had to sit behind a desk for 08 hours a day because that would just make the whole work-thing even more intolerable than it already is. But when it comes down to when I train I don't want a mirror and chrome dumbbell environment to workout in! I want something austere that keeps me focused on the workout and makes me appreciate what I have and what I can do. Take a look at the picture below of an actual USMC training facility in Afghanistan. Kind of makes you appreciate our box a little more doesn't it? :)
