Without going into to much detail about what the Functional Movement Screen is I'd just like to say that it is a series of seven screens that will allow me to evaluate your movement patterns, identify any assymmetries in your structure, and help you avoid injury. It's a tremendously powerful tool that is being used to evaluate everyone from professional athletes and soldiers to kids playing soccer. All current clients will be screened and the results of the screen will be shared as well as corrective strategies to help increase or maintain their score.
