I thought this was an April Fools prank at first - but I don't think so anymore. I seriously have to wonder what kind (or combination) of drugs this poor woman is on! She is obviously enthusiastic but I really think she needs a firm guiding hand to learn how to really use kettlebells!!! Enthusiasm will only get you so far... and then brain damage follows shortly thereafter.
