This months workouts will all be "Super Hero" workouts - just thought I would warn you! We will be starting today with "Batman"... one of my favorite workouts and I'm sure you'll enjoy it as well.
Workouts will range from Batman to Zatana, Anarky to Captian America, and Aquaman to Robin. Be prepared to break out your inner super hero this month... because you are going to need it!?!?
BTW - mask and cape are optional! :)
