Kelly Starrett, from San Francisco Crossfit, has been putting out daily "Mobility WODs" for a while and I always get some great information from watching his postings. This one, entitled "Athletes Don't Wear Flip Flops", should be required viewing for CrossFit athletes, parents with kids in athletics, or anyone who interested in the health of their feet, ankles, knees, hips and back.
