CrossFit Koncepts is a CrossFit affiliate located in Gaithersburg, MD. We offer CrossFit group classes, Russian Kettlebell instruction, one-on-one personal training, and small group training.

Training Schedule

009 The CrossFit Koncepts training schedule is as follows:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 12:00-01:00 PM
CrossFit Koncepts Group Workout.  Class size is limited to 15 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for new clients.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 05:00-06:00 PM
CrossFit Koncepts Group Workout.  Class size is limited to 15 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for new clients.

Monday, Wednesday - 06:30-07:30 PM
CrossFit Koncepts Group Workout.  Class size is limited to 15 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for new clients.

Tuesday  & Thursday - 06:00-07:00 AM
CrossFit Koncepts Group Workout.  Class size is limited to 15 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for new clients.

Tuesday  & Thursday - 07:00-08:00 PM
CrossFit Koncepts Group Workout.  Class size is limited to 15 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for new clients.

Saturday & Sunday - 09:00-10:00 AM
CrossFit Koncepts Group Workout.  Class size is limited to 15 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for new clients.

NOTE: The CrossFit Koncepts training schedule will be expanding in the coming months to include additional weekday evening classes as well as morning and mid-day workouts.  We are currently developing a waiting list for clients that are looking for a midday workout.  Please contact us ASAP and let us know your day and time preferences.
