Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 12:00-01:00 PM
CrossFit Koncepts Group Workout - workout is by RSVP only. Class size is limited to 12 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for all clients.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 05:00-06:00 PM

NOTE: The CrossFit Koncepts training schedule will be expanding in the coming months to include additional weekday evening classes as well as morning and mid-day workouts. We are currently developing a waiting list for clients that are looking for a midday workout. Please contact us ASAP and let us know your day and time preferences.
