The CrossFit Koncepts daily training schedule is as follows (updated 05/03/2022):
NOTE: all classes are available remotely (via Zoom) at request. Class size is limited to 15 people per class and RSVP is mandatory for new clients.
MORNING WORKOUTS
Tuesday and Thursday - 05:30 AM-06:30 AM
Saturday and Sunday - 09:00 AM-10:00 AM
MIDDAY WORKOUTS
Monday and Wednesday - 11:30 AM-12:30 PM
Friday - 12:30 PM-01:30 PM
EVENING WORKOUTS
Monday through Friday - 0530 PM-0630 PM
Tuesday and Thursday - 05:30 PM-06:30 PM
